MAKE IT YOUR OWN

We work very closely with all of our preferred suppliers which gives us a significant advantage over our competitors. This enables us to produce bespoke pieces, in a range of styles, according to your specifications. We are able to modify the finish, size or fabric, essential when choosing that perfect OMEO piece for your home. For example, If you see an OMEO dining chair that you like, but prefer a different material for the legs or fabric, just pick the fabric, or finish you like from our E-BOUTIQUE and we will apply that bespoke requirement for you.  

SHIPPING

OMEO Design’s furniture is handmade and mostly custom made-to-order. This means that items can take between 4–6 weeks to produce and to be delivered to our customers. 

We always endeavour to deliver ahead of schedule whenever possible. Some smaller items and products are held in stock, therefore these will have a speedier delivery time.

Shipping times will vary, as some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and others not. Your purchases may arrive in more than one package, albeit only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order.

You will receive an email notification once your packages have been shipped. This will include tracking information once available. Please allow two to three business days for the order to be processed and shipped.  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping on all items.

For furniture and larger items we first need to obtain an international shipping quote from our delivery partners. Please speak to our Customer Care Team on +34 603 450 487 or email customercare@omeodesign.com.

Please be aware that international delivery may also incur local taxes and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods on arrival in the country of delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all customs charges to be paid at the border. In case a particular order requires additional documentation to be released at border control, the actual cost to have it released should be paid separately prior to shipping. 

We are unable to forsee, or take responsability for any delays, damages or blocks that Customs officials may apply to your order while enforcing any specific import regulations.

RETURNS POLICY

Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at OMEO Design.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund, excluding the original cost of delivery. Please note this would only apply to the Candles and Bed Linen product catergories. 

This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused,  and with the original inner and outer packaging.

We regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for any other product category as these are all bespoke and non-standard items, therefore non re-saleable.

Please print and complete our Returns Form and enclose this with the item(s) you wish to return within 7 working days of receiving the goods if you would like to return items. When organising a return, please send the item with care, using a trackable service to ensure that it reaches us without any damage. OMEO Design reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item, or issue a credit note for the original selling price if the product is not returned in a fully re-saleable condition.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please contact customercare@omeodesign.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we are not accepting exchanges for retail purchases. All purchases are eligible for a full refund.

DAMAGED & INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customercare@omeodesign.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost, along with prepaid return packaging.
